Nashua Sex Offender For Life Arrested Again
Nashua sex offender Eric Cousens, 46, is required to register with police for life after he sexually abused a minor under the age of 16.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua sex offender with a long criminal history has been arrested again. Eric Cousens, 46, of 6 Heritage Village Drive, Apartment 402, was arrested Tuesday charged with violating the terms of the sex offender registry. Cousens is required to register as a sex offender for life following his 2014 conviction for sexually assaulting a minor under the age of 16.
Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter said Cousens was recently "non-compliant" with his registration terms. Officers located him at his residence and he was arrested, Baxter said.
Cousens was released on $300 bail pending an arraignment in Nashua District Court January 20.

Cousens' criminal history includes convictions for assault, violating a protective order, drug possession,and bail jumping.
