Nashua Sex Offender For Life Arrested: Police

Andrew Pike, of Nashua, failed to comply with the terms of his sexual assault conviction, police said.

NASHUA, NH — A convicted Nashua sex offender was arrested Wednesday for failing to comply with the terms of the sex offender registry, according to police. Andrew Pike, 23, with no fixed address, was charged with failure to report, a felony. He refused bail and was held at the Valley Street Jail pending an arraignment Thursday in Nashua District Court, police said.

Nashua police Lieutenant Kerry Baxter said in March, detectives conducted a routine compliance check on Nashua sex offenders and discovered Pike failed to register his address on time. A warrant was obtained for his arrest and he was taken into custody Wednesday.

In 2014, Pike was convicted of two counts of sexual assault. The terms of his conviction require him to register twice a year as a "Tier II" sex offender for the rest of his life, Baxter said.
