Nashua Tanning Salon Owner Exposed Himself To Girl: Police
Nashua police said David Clark, owner of Piece of Paradise tanning salon, exposed himself to a girl while he was giving her a spray tan.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua tanning salon owner was arrested Thursday on charges he exposed himself to a girl while he was giving her a spray tan, police said. David Clark, owner of Piece of Paradise on Broad Street, was charged with indecent exposure and lewdness, a misdemeanor. Police did not identify the alleged victim or provide her age.

Nashua police Lieutenant Todd Martyny said officers started an investigation after receiving a complaint Tuesday that Clark exposed his genitalia to a "juvenile female" in late June while he was giving her a spray tan. Officers obtained a warrant for Clark's arrest and took him into custody Thursday.

Clark was released on $3,000 bail pending an arraignment September 7 in Nashua District Court. It was unclear if Piece of Paradise remained open Thursday. Its Facebook page was active Thursday afternoon but appeared to be taken down sometime around 2 p.m., shortly after police announced Clark's arrest.
