Nashua Teen Charged with Child Porn

The following is a news release from Nashua police:

On January 5th, 2015 members of the Nashua Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested Tyler Naamani, age 19, of Nashua, New Hampshire. Naamani was charged with one count of Child Pornography, Class B Felony, as well as one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Class B Felony.

On September 22, 2014, members of the Special Investigations Division were informed that Naamani may have received nude photographs of a thirteen year old female. Their subsequent investigation revealed that Naamani solicited and received multiple nude photographs from a juvenile female known to him.

Each Class B Felony is punishable by one to seven years in State Prison, exclusive of fines. Naamani was released on $15,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on February 2nd, 2015.
