Nashua Teen Charged with Sex Assault Arrested in Florida, Extradited to NH

Randy Arias-Aquino, 19, of 5 Middle St., was charged with eight counts of aggravated sexual assault.

On February 4, 2015, the Nashua Police Department arrested Randy Arias-Aquino, age 19, of 5 Middle Street, Nashua, New Hampshire, on an active arrest warrant for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault. Arias-Aquino was located and arrested in Miami, Florida, on January 23, 2015, and extradited back to Nashua, New Hampshire on February 4, 2015.

On December 10, 2014, members of the Special Investigations Division were informed of a possible sexual assault that had occurred the previous evening. The complaint alleged that Arias-Aquino had sexually assaulted a female who is known to him. These reports were investigated by the Nashua Police Department’s Special Investigations Division. Their subsequent investigation revealed that Arias-Aquino was the person responsible for the sexual assaults. There were no injuries reported during the assault.

As a result of the investigation, Arias-Aquino was charged with a total of eight counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, all Class A Felonies, as well as four counts of Sexual Assault, all Class A Misdemeanors and an arrest warrant was completed for Arias-Aquino.
