Nashua Woman Arrested for Assault

Brittany Sprague assaulted a former person she was involved with, according to Merrimack Police.

A local woman was arrested on Monday after a report of a domestic disturbance at the Mobil on the Run station on Daniel Webster Highway.

Brittany Sprague, 26, of Shedd Avenue in Nashua, was arrested on April 6, 2015, and charged with domestic violence assault.

According to a report, police were called to the gas station to investigate a domestic incident. While investigating the issue, it was revealed to officers that Sprague allegedly assaulted “another person whom she previously had relations with,” according to Lt. Dean KillKelley of the Merrimack Police Department. Sprague was arrested and charged, and is due in Merrimack District Court on April 9.

Sprague, in the past, has been arrested a number of times, including for first-degree assault in October 2012, after allegedly cutting another woman with glass, according to the Nashua Police. Last year, she was arrested on a failure to appear charge, according to a report on Nashua Patch.
