Nashua Woman Arrested, Charged On Felony Burglary Offense: Police

Melissa Pendlebury was arrested in connection with a March incident involving a large amount of money and jewelry being stolen, police said.

NASHUA, NH — A 41-year-old Nashua woman was arrested and charged with a felony burglary offense Friday in connection with a March incident in which a significant amount of money and jewelry were stolen, police said on Monday.

Melissa Pendlebury was charged with Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another-burglary, a felony, after a Nashua Police Department investigation determined that she was involved in the theft of the money and jewelry in the March incident, police said.

At the time of her arrest, the Hudson Police Department had an active warrant out for Pendlebury on a violation that she had abandoned a vehicle. Pendlebury was released after posting bond and will appear in court at for arraignment at a later time, police said.
