NASHUA, NH — Eric J. Baker, 41, of Pine Street in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 5, 2024, on simple assault and criminal mischief charges.

George Brea, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on a capias warrant on Aug. 5.

James Martin, 34, of Auburn Street in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 5 on an operating without a valid license charge.

Jaryd Bates, 24, of Royal Crest Drive in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 5 on criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention charges.

Max E. Kopacz, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 5 on two electronic bench warrants for nonappearance in court.

Michael J. Mead, 60, of Wilder Street in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 4 on a conduct after an accident charge.

Chelsea Lynn McFarland Crawford, 21, of Bay Ridge Drive in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 4 on a criminal mischief charge.

Nathan R. Tassie, 28, of Main Street in Nashua was arrested on a criminal mischief charge on Aug. 4.

Sean Morrison Muldoon, 36, of Temple Street in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 4 on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Jose Prieto, 29, of Columbia Road in Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested on Aug. 4 on a driving under the influence charge.

Constance R. Stewart, 37, of an unknown address in Nashua was arrested on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus charge.

Christopher J. Holden, 47, of Chestnut Street in Nashua was arrested on two simple assault charges on Aug. 3.

Richard Stephen Carter, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested on Aug. 3 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.
