$50K Powerball Winners in Nashua
Bonnie Griffin and Stephen Terruso said they plan to use the money to pay off bills and complete "random acts of kindness."

NASHUA, NH — Though no one claimed the grand prize in Saturday’s $900 million Powerball drawing, two Nashua residents are $50,000 richer after correctly guessing four of the five winning numbers.

Bonnie Griffin and Stephen Terruso also hit the the Powerball number in Saturday’s drawing—good for $50,000.
“She screamed so loud on the phone my ears were ringing for hours,” Terruso said.

They purchased the winning ticket at the Nashua Shell on Amherst Street.
They said they plan to use the money to pay off bills and pay it forward by completing some “random acts of kindness.”

It was one of five $50,000 winners sold for the weekend drawing in New Hampshire, lottery officials said.
The Powerball jackpot is now $1.5 billion. When is the next Powerball drawing? Tonight’s at 10:59 p.m.
If no one wins the grand prize, the pot could jump to $2 billion for Saturday’s drawing.
