Nashua Women Face Theft Charges Next Week
Police allege that Nahiomy Velazque, Olivia Dura stole items at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall.

Two women were arrested last month due to theft incidents at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall will be arraigned in court next week, according to reports.
Nahiomy Velazque, 22, pictured left, of Wilder Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 26, 2015, on three counts of theft by unauthorized taking. Also arrested was Olivia Fitzwater Duran, 22, of Lowell Street in Nashua, who was charged with theft by unauthorized taking.
According to arrest reports, on Feb. 23, police were called to the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall to investigate thefts at three stores in the mall of about $316 worth of cash.

“After speaking with witnesses and interviewing Velazquez, a warrant was issued for her arrest,” according to Mptl. James Sullivan.
Duran allegedly was also involved in “the theft of cash,” according to Sullivan. Warrants were taken out against both women and they turned themselves in. Both are due in Merrimack District Court on March 17, for arraignments.

According to online reports, Velazque was arrested in April 2012 on theft and criminal liability charges by the Nashua Police. The Nashua Telegraph reports that she was charged in September 2012 as well.
Duran was also arrested in April 2012 on burglary and breaking and entering charges, according to a report on Nashua Patch. In February 2014, she was charged with felony burglary after allegedly breaking into her ex-girlfriend’s house, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
