New Hampshire College Students Make Dean's Lists, Graduate
Announced accomplishments from students in Amherst, Boscawen, Bow, Concord, Loudon, Milford, Nashua, and Webster.
Isabelle Rivas, of Milford, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Western New England University during the May 18, commencement ceremonies. Rivas was among more than 600 students who received degrees from 28 states.
Worcester Academy proudly announces its Honor Roll and Headmaster's List for Semester 2 of the 2018-2019 School Year. The honors represent the achievements that each of the Worcester Academy students has earned through academic excellence, challenge, and personal growth.
Among the students is Siddharth Bhattacharya of Nashua, Grade 11, Headmaster's List.

Joseph Campanella of Nashua was welcomed to Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine's (GCSOM) MD Class of 2023 during GCSOM's 11th annual White Coat Ceremony held Aug. 2.

217 Bates College students presented research at the 18th Mount David Summit. The annual celebration of academic achievement highlights undergraduate research; student creative work in art, dance, theater, music and film/video; projects conducted in the context of academic courses; and community-engaged research.
Flannery Black-Ingersoll of Concord, presented their research entitled "Dance Research: Props, Politics, and Pedagogy." Black-Ingersoll, the child of Douglas L. Ingersoll and Rebecca A. Black of Concord, and a 2015 graduate of Concord High School worked with Julie Fox, visiting assistant professor of dance, on their research.
Josie Carter of Concord, presented their research entitled "Conducting an Audit of Food Policies and Programs in Auburn, ME." Carter, the child of Christine Carter of Concord, and a 2017 graduate of St. Paul's School worked with Francis Eanes, visiting assistant professor of environmental studies, on their research.

Students named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire are students who have earned recognition through their superior scholastic performance during a semester enrolled in a full-time course load (12 or more graded credits). Highest honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.85 or better out of a possible 4.0. Students with a 3.65 to 3.84 average are awarded high honors and students whose grade point average is 3.5 through 3.64 are awarded honors.
In honor of their outstanding academic achievement, Emmanuel College has named more than 700 students to the Dean's List for the Spring 2019 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester. The following local students were awarded:

Olivia A. Pare of Nashua has been named to the President's List at Clemson University. Pare, whose major is Elementary Education, made the President's List for the spring 2019 semester. To be named to the President's List, a student must achieve a 4.0 (all As) grade-point average.
Emma Bidwell of Penacook is completing Colby-Sawyer's internship requirement this summer with New London Hospital in New London. Bidwell is majoring in business administration and is a member of the class of 2020.
Nashua resident Victoria Wakefield graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Science on Sat., May 4, 2019, and joined approximately 1,778 graduates at the spring commencement ceremonies.
