New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services(NHDES) Hearing

If you have concerns about the wetlands and have information you wish to provide to the state, it's time to get it to them. The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) scheduled a Public Hearing for March 9, 2021 at 2:00pm. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be conducted remotely.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the wetlands permit application for the proposed impact of approximately 2.24 acres of wetlands for construction of a commercial distribution center.
