NH Company Sold Fake Patriots Super Bowl Shirts

Pelham-based CK productions sold $30,000 worth of fake shirts during the New England Patriots 2015 Super Bowl run, authorities said.

BOSTON, MA — A Pelham company on Monday was ordered to pay $60,000 in penalties after selling nearly 2,000 fake New England Patriots shirts during the team's 2015 Super Bowl run. CK Productions emblazoned their shirts with a black logo virtually similar to the Patriots' trademark, Massachusetts prosecutors said. The company sold $29,405 worth of fake shirts in January and February of 2015 as the Patriots embarked on their successful Super Bowl campaign.

The shirts had the words “Patriots” and “Super Bowl” with the fake logo. (Subscribe to free daily newsletters and breaking news alerts from New Hampshire Patch sites.)
