"(The victim) stated she and a female later identified as ... Iris Maldonado ... got into an argument," Manchester police said in a statement. "Maldonado took out a black pistol and pointed it at her head, threatening her."
Police said the weapon in question was a black Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol stolen from Nashua. Officers said they also found a Massachusetts State Police badge and two more legally obtained guns in Maldonado's residence. An investigation is ongoing into the origin of the badge, police said. Maldonado was not charged with any crime in relation to the badge.
