No Updates In April Bailey Missing Person Case: Nashua Police

April Bailey was last seen on Jan. 15, 2020, after leaving her basement apartment at 45 Lynn St. in Nashua. Police have no updates.

NASHUA, NH — Police in Nashua say there are no updates on a missing person case from four years ago.

April Bailey, 39, was last seen leaving her basement apartment at 45 Lynn St. in Nashua during the evening hours. She was living with her boyfriend at the time. Bailey left the apartment to take out the trash. She was wearing dark pajama bottoms or black sweatpants, slippers, and a black jacket with fur. And then, she vanished.

Bailey was reported missing by her family on Jan. 20, 2020, after family and friends had not been in contact with her for a few days. Her cell phone, purse, and other personal belongings were all left inside her apartment.

During the past four years, there were several investigations that officials thought to be linked to her case, but none of them panned out. While having prior substance abuse issues, Bailey was clean and sober at the time she went missing, according to family and friends.

In September 2021, People Magazine featured the case as part of a series of missing moms around the United States.

Bailey is white, about 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighs around 130 pounds. She also has a butterfly tattoo on her right shoulder as well as the word “sister” and the names “Damien,” “Savahna,” and “Manuel.”
