Open Up in Our House

Friends of Access Nashua (FAN) is having a new member open house on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 7 PM at the Access Nashua Studio 11 Riverside Street, Nashua, NH 03062.  FAN works with Access Nashua to develop and fund projects and equipment not covered by budget allocations.  We also develop ideas for fund raising and program development.
Monday station manager Richard Gagnon will discuss new programming ideas and how FAN can assist.  He has been working on several new program concepts that will allow newcomers and those with limited time to get as involved as they want in all aspects of program production. You don't know one end of a camera from another?  Don't worry.  We would love to teach you as much or as little as you want.  Almost all of our veteran community producers were in your shoes when they first walked through the door.  All you need is curiosity and the willingness to have lots of fun.
You're shy and don't want to be on camera?  No problem!  We need writers, editors, directors, camera operators, producers, set designers - we can use any skill or interest you have.
Access Nashua is your station.  It is carried on Comcast channel 96.  Our studio is modern and equals or exceeds many commercial broadcast stations.  In the last few years technological advances have revolutionized the broadcast industry.  You would be amazed what we can teach you to do in a very short time.
Interested?  Join us Monday, April 14 at 7 PM.  The Access Nashua studio is next to the Nashua Police Department at 11 Riverside Drive.
