Chance for Young Artists to Shine While Making a Difference
Friends of Marguerite's Place are looking for "drawings of home" by kids 10 and younger.

NASHUA – What image comes to mind when you hear the word “home” – that’s what the Friends of Marguerite’s Place are asking kids throughout the greater Nashua area.
The Friends will be printing note cards featuring artwork depicting home as a fundraiser for , a non-profit transitional housing and supportive services program for homeless women in crisis and their children.
Children 10 and younger are invited to submit their own original artwork of what home means to them for potential use in the note card series. Submissions will be accepted until June 30 and may be scanned and emailed to friendsofmargueritesplace.org or mailed to Beverly Doolan, Marguerite’s Place, Inc., 87 Palm St., Nashua, NH 03060-3828.

Artwork should bear the name of the child, his or her age and contact information for parents. Artwork that is chosen for the note card series will be displayed on the Marguerite’s Place, Inc. website. Children’s identities will not be made public without the permission of a parent.
