Grateful for Our Law Enforcement Professionals

Much Gratitude to State Police, Nashua Police and Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office

All Nashua residents must hail law enforcement with heartfelt gratitude for well-planned and well-manned readiness to deal with potential for problems emanating from a recent rally in Greeley Park. Bordering on MA, Nashua has a strengthened and effective law enforcement.

Realization of peaceful assembly, constitutionally accorded us, is no accident. For this event, law enforcement carefully planned materiel and personnel emplacements in recognition of the general threat of mindless vandalism, violence and conflagration concomitant with events in other cities.

With local resources such as trucks cooperatively provided by Dept. of Public Works and external resources such as helicopter surveillance, the protection of rally participants, audience attendees and neighboring residents was highly considered. Law enforcement intercommunication, cooperation and performance in placing properly scaled defensive containment shielded us with maximum safety.

Sighting of Nashua Police in Greeley Park is positively associated with civic events. Our carefully selected law enforcement recruits at state, county and local have maturated into our much appreciated professionals. If we ever lose adequate law enforcement, we are forced to stand as individuals with arms at hand.

I never ever want to see the sickening sight of our politicians and law enforcement on its knees to a mob. Should we have another event associated with violent heritage, I look forward with confidence to law enforcement's intelligent planning and rapid response posture demonstrated. Best of all, we enjoy their daily work in public service.
