Pair Nabbed in Residential Burglary

Victim said the two assaulted her after breaking in.

On April 18, 2011 at approximately 12:01 am, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Division arrested Hanna Diaz, age 19, no fixed address, Nashua, New Hampshire and Brian Clark, age 21 of 3 Raymond Street, Hudson, charging each with Burglary, Class A Felonies.

On April 17, 2012 at approximately 10:46 p.m., officers responded to a city residence for the report of a burglary in progress. The victim reported that a male and female subject known to her had entered her residence and assaulted her. The victim sustained minor injuries. The victim was able to provide first names and descriptions for the suspects. A short time later, Uniformed Patrol Officers stopped Diaz and Clark in the immediate area. After further investigation, both parties were arrested without incident.

The investigation was furthered by members of the Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division Burglary Unit. Both Diaz and Clark are being charged with Burglary, Class A Felonies.

Each Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Diaz refused bail and was being held at the Nashua Police Department pending arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court. Clark is being held at the Nashua Police Department on $25,000 cash/surety bail, pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court.
