Peacock Players presents A Charlie Brown Christmas Live in Nashua!

Nashua, November 23, 2022: Peacock Players announces their Holiday Mainstage Production of A Charlie Brown Christmas, the 50 minute stage adaptation of the holiday classic. This production features area students between the ages of 11 and 18. The show is directed by Nate Sawyer and music directed by Elle Millar.

A Charlie Brown Christmas was first shown as an animated television special in 1965 and has been part of the holiday tradition ever since. The stage adaptation was completed in 2013 and features the beloved music of Vince Guaraldi. The television special comes to life in this faithful stage adaptation in which Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts gang discover the true meaning of Christmas.

There are two casts leading this wonderful show. The Red Cast performs on Friday, December 16th at 7pm and Saturday, December 17th at 2pm and 4pm. The Red Cast features Will Lippman of Dunstable (Charlie Brown), Fiona Rafalski of Nashua (Snoopy), and Maizie Hennessy of Nashua (Lucy). The Green Cast performs on Saturday, December 17th at 7pm and Sunday, December 18th at 2pm and 4pm. The Green Cast features Lucas Turpin of Salem (Charlie Brown), Kendall Toupin of Nashua (Snoopy), and Corleigh O'Connell of Westford (Lucy).

The show performs the weekends of December 16th with performances at 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 2pm and 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Productions will be at the Janice Streeter Theatre, located at 14 Court Street in Nashua. Tickets are available at www.peacockplayers.org.
