Pelham Felon Indicted On Hudson Knife, Drug Possession Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Man indicted on crack sales charges in Nashua; Bronx man accused of theft in Merrimack; Milford man faces mislaid property charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jaquan Cox, 29, of Neagle Avenue of the Bronx, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with another to steal more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Rite Aid in Hudson on Feb. 15.
Leonardo Chaves Guarizi, 38, of Jones Road in Pelham on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Feb. 29 in Pelham.

Kirkland Jason Edwards-Williams, 40, of Kenilworth Place in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of removing merchandise from POLO in Merrimack without paying for it on Sept. 2, 2023.
Owen Ellis, 21, of Marshall Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 22, 2023, in Nashua.

Thomas Famolare, 23, of Arlene Drive in Pelham on possession of intent to distribute-crack cocaine-subsequent and three sale of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine-subsequent offense charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents on Nov. 6, Nov. 7, and Nov. 9, 203, in Nashua. Previously, Famolare was convicted on acts prohibited in Rockingham County Superior Court in November 2022.
James Freeman, 49, of Millbrook Drive in Milford on a felony theft of lost or mislaid property charge. He was accused of spending money delivered to him by mistake instead of trying to find the rightful owner of the money between June 13 and June 20, 2023, in Nashua.
Peter Walden, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of electronics from Best Buy in Nashua on Jan. 26.
Justin Wells, 36, of Keyes Hill Road in Pelham on pistols & revolvers-a switchblade knife; convicted felons and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Jan. 24 in Hudson. He is a felon due to a drug conviction in Lowell MA District Court in August 2016.
