Police Arrest Suspect in Sunday Stabbing

Two men were injured after intervening in a dispute outside a West Hollis Street bar, police said.

UPDATE:5 p.m.

Police arrested Sean Hendricks, 21, of Nashua, who faces two counts of first-degree assault for causing serious injury with a deadly weapon, according to Nashua Police Lt. Michael Moushegian.

According to police Hendricks got into a dispute with a woman outside the Caribbean Tropical Cafe at 60 West Hollis St., Moushegian said, and two men stepped in on behalf of the woman.

Hendricks then stabbed the two men with a small knife. Both men are expected to recover from their injuries, police said.

Nashua Police Lt. Michael Moushigian confirmed that two male victims, ages 26 and 45, suffered stab wounds in an incident at 64 West Hollis Street late Sunday night.

Moushigian described the injuries as non-life-threatening.

He said it appears the suspect was known to the victims. He also said a woman also was injured, but was not stabbed and those injuries were not serious.

He declined to say much more, as police continue to actively investigate the stabbing incident.

Police were dispatched to the residence just before midnight Sunday night.
