Police: Nashua Man Sent Lewd Pics to Underage Teen
Jacob Riggan faces felony charge after allegedly trying to entice girl to engage in sex acts.

A local man is facing a single computer charge after allegedly sending lewd images to a child, according to Nashua Police.
Jacob Riggan, 31, of Lovewell Street in Nashua, was arrested at around 9:16 a.m. on Oct. 5, and charged with a felony certain uses of computer services prohibited charge.
Back on Aug. 4, at around 1:25 p.m., an officer was called to an address by the parents of a 15-year-old girl to investigate a report of inappropriate online communications specifically, “disturbing information and conversations on her Facebook account,” according to police. An investigation ensued and police “determined that Mr. Riggan had sent lewd images to the child and attempted to entice her to engage in sexual acts,” according to Lt. Jeffrey Maher of the special investigations division.

An arrest warrant was obtained for Riggan and he was arrested later at home. He is being held on $100,000 cash bail in the Hillsborough County House of Corrections. He was arraigned on Oct. 6.
Riggan faces up to seven years in prison plus fines if convicted.
