Registered Sex Offender Arrested For Failure to Comply

Registered sex offender Kenneth Amber, 63, last known address 40 Chestnut St., Nashua, was arrested Aug. 8 on one count of Duty to Report, class A felony.

As a registered Tier III sex offender, he is required to report quarterly to the local law enforcement agency having jurisdiction of his place of residence, and Amber failed to report.

He is being held in lieu of bail and was scheduled for arraignment on Aug. 9 by the 9th Circuit Court-District Division-Nashua.
