Repeat Offender Back in Custody
Barry English charged with burglary and stalking, this time.

Barry English, 25, of 84 Wethersfield Road Nashua, was arrested May 15 by Nashua Police on a parole violation and subsequently charged with burglary.
Police said English allegedly entering a residence for the purpose of committing a theft and did not know the owners of the residence, or have permission to enter. As a result, he was charged with burglary, a class B felony. He was also charged with stalking, a class A misdemeanor, for allegedly having contact with a woman despite a court order prohibiting such contact.
A class B felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year imprisonment, exclusive of fines. English refused bail and is pending an upcoming arraignment in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court on May 16, 2012.

English was most recently arrested April 9 by Nashua Police with assistance from the FBI Gang Task Force as a fugitive from justice on warrants out of Lowell, Mass., charging him with unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and receiving stolen property. English is also on active parole with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.
