Salem Street Resident Faces Domestic Violence Charges

A Nashua resident faces multiple charges after an alleged domestic violence incident Sunday.

At 7:27 a.m., police arrested Dana Hastings, 27, of 13 Salem St. A, and charged him with four counts of domestic violence, simple assault (Class A misdemeanor), and one count of resisting arrest or detention (Class A misdemeanor).

The victim, a woman, received injuries that were not life threatening, police said in a press release.

Hastings was released on $10,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment at the Ninth Circuit Nashua District Division Court on Jan. 23.
