Teen Accused of Providing Gun Used in Robbery
On Tuesday Police arrested James Watson, 17, of Nashua, accused of providing the handgun used in Aug. 11 by robbery suspect Armando Nieves, arrested Aug. 22.
The second of two men wanted in connection with an Aug. 11 robbery was arrested Aug. 30 by Nashua Police.
James Watson, 17, of 2 Spaulding St., Nashua, was arrested at approximately 9:15 p.m. on a warrant for criminal liability to robbery, a class A felony. Police said Watson is accused of providing the gun allegedly used by Armando Nieves, 38, no fixed address, when he robbed a man of his wallet and money on Main Street Aug. 11.
Nieves was arrested Aug. 22 and charged on a warrant for robbery, a class A felony.

The handgun believed to have been used in this incident has been recovered, police said.
Class A felonies are punishable by up to 15 years inprisonment, exclusive of fines. Nieves is currently being held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections in Manchester on $10,000 cash or surety bail after probable cause was found at a hearing in Nashua District Division Court on Aug. 30. Watson is being held at the Nashua Police Department on $5,000 cash or surety bail pending an arraignment in Nashua District Division Court today.
