Simon Property Group Inc., the largest developer and owner of shopping malls in America, announced today that Rebecca Dube has been appointed as the new Guest Services Manager at the Pheasant Lane Mall. Most recently, Dube was the Guest Service Representative at the Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA.
In her role as Guest Services Manager, Dube will supervise all of the Simon customer service programs, including overseeing corporate and personal sales of the Simon gift card program, Ticketmaster ticketing needs, mobile shopping applications, Simon Kidgits Club, and handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with exceptional customer service. Dube will also be responsible for training all new Guest Services representatives.
Dube has been with Simon Property Group since 2013. She is familiar with Simon Property Group as she has held numerous retail positions at Northshore Mall including Co-Manager of Tilly’s and Store Manager of Wet Seal in addition to her recent role as a Guest Service Representative. Dube resides in Methuen, MA.
