Six Arrested in Sweep for Heroin, Crack, Ecstasy
Arrests were culmination of long-term investigation into illegal drug sales in Nashua.
Six people were arrested in the past week following an extended investigation into illegal drug activity in the city.
Charged were:
- Jason Dumayne, 25, 9 Patten Court, Apartment #1, Nashua on an active arrest warrant Feb. 4. Dumayne was arrested and charged with three felony counts of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, heroin. Dumayne was held on $25,000 cash or surety bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on Monday, February 4, 2013.
- Tobby Gagnon, 37, 33 Lock Street, Apartment #2, Nashua, was arrested Feb. 3. Gagnon was wanted on an active arrest warrant for unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, heroin (second offense). Gagnon was arrested and charged with two felony counts of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, heroin (both second offense), and one felony count of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug, crack cocaine (second offense). Gagnon was also charged with resisting at the time of his arrest. Gagnon is being held on $35,000 cash bail and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on Tuesday, February 5, 2013.
The following people were arrested Feb. 7 by members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniformed Field Operations Bureau, with the assistance of the Nashua Police Special Reaction Team and Narcotics Intelligence Division, on search warrants.

- Marcus Persons, 19, of 106 Vine St., Apt. 3. Persons was arrested and charged with two felony counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, in a school zone; and two felony counts of conspiracy to the unlawful sale of a controlled drug, MDMA/ecstasy, in a school zone. Persons is also being charged with one felony count of an arrest of a person while on release and is being held on $100,000 cash bail.
- Kyle Norway, 19, and of 106 Vine St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, in a school zone; and one felony count of conspiracy to unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, in a school zone and is being held on $25,000 cash or surety bail.
- Loretta Julian, 18, 106 Vine St., Apt. 1 was arrested and charged with two felony counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, MDMA/ecstasy, while in a school zone; one felony count of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, in a school zone; and one felony count of conspiracy to unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, in a school zone, and is being held on $25,000 cash or surety bail.
- Aaron Sperow, 21, of 16 Blossom St., Apt. A, Nashua, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, MDMA/ecstasy, in a school zone and two felony counts of conspiracy to unlawful sale of a controlled drug, MDMA/ecstasy, in a school zone, and is being held on $25,000 cash or surety bail.
All were arraigned in the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court on Friday, February 8, 2013.
