Sky Meadow Country Club Burglarized By Ex-Worker: Police

Stephen Balsam, of Nashua, was charged with felony burglary after police said he broke into Sky Meadow Country Club.

NASHUA, NH — A Nashua man was arrested Sunday on charges he burglarized Sky Meadow Country Club. Stephen Balsam, 48, was charged with felony burglary. (Subscribe to Nashua Patch news alerts for breaking Nashua news. iPhone/iPad users: download the new Patch app.)

Balsam used to work at the country club, police said. In March, officers responded to a report of a burglary at the country club's maintenance building, according to Nashua police Lieutenant Craig Allard.

"It was reported that a former employee had broken into their maintenance building and stole several items from within," Allard said in a statement, adding officers then identified Balsam as the suspect.

Balsam was released on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment in Nashua District Court June 21.
