Stalker Assaults Nashua Woman, Steals Meds: Police

Thomas Fallon, of Amherst, was arrested by Nashua police and charged with a host of crimes.

NASHUA, NH — An Amherst man was arrested in Nashua Wednesday, charged with stalking a Nashua woman, assaulting her, then stealing her medication, according to police. Thomas Fallon, 48, was charged with a host of crimes.

Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter said Fallon entered the woman's residence Wednesday afternoon even though he was prohibited from contacting her because of a previous court case.

"The woman reported Fallon pushed her, punched her and stole some of her medication while he was in the residence," Baxter said in a statement.

The woman was hospitalized with injuries that were not life threatening, Baxter said. Officers located Fallon a short time later and placed him under arrest. He has a previous conviction for domestic violence out of Milford District Court, Baxter said. Fallon was charged with:

  • Domestic violence, two counts
  • Assault, two counts
  • Stalking
  • Theft

Fallon was held on $25,000 bail pending an arraignment.
