State Police Arrest Another Person at the Nashua DMV
Helton Jose Marin Perez of Manchester faces multiple charges.

For the third time in a week, the New Hampshire State Police has been called to the Nashua Department of Motor Vehicles after learning that someone had presented false documents in order to obtain a New Hampshire driver license.
A trooper Troop B arrested a subject claiming to be Helton Jose Marin Perez, 32, of Manchester. Marin Perez is the fourth person to be arrested in a week on multiple counts of tampering with public records and unsworn falsification at the Nashua Department of Motor Vehicles.
At around 11 a.m. on Aug. 8, troopers were alerted that a subject claiming to be Marin Perez was using fraudulent documents in an attempt to obtain a New Hampshire driver license. The trooper was allegedly able to determine that the documents that he had presented to the DMV staff had been tampered with and subsequently arrested him.

Members of Troop G are still working to ascertain his true identity and encourage anyone with information to contact Sergeant Andrew Player at 603-223-8778.
Marin Perez was taken into custody at the Department of Motor Vehicles in Nashua and was held without bail pending an arraignment on Nashua District Court on Aug. 11.

The New Hampshire State Police Troop G was assisted by members of the New Hampshire State Police Troop B, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicles.
