Stolen Gun in Nashua Results in Man's Arrest

Jacob Anaya, 22, of Hudson, was charged with stealing a gun in Nashua then selling it.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police arrested a Hudson man on charges he stole a gun in the city then sold it.

Jacob Anaya, 22, was charged with two counts of felony theft.

Police said they opened an investigation on Jan. 19 when they received a report of a stolen gun. Police said they recovered the weapon in the process of arresting Anaya on Sunday afternoon.

He was released on $10,000 bail pending an arraignment March 1.
