Teen Faces Felony Theft Charges
Scott Farnsworth allegedly stole iPod, debit card, GPS and more than $1,500 in jewelry.

Scott Farnsworth, age 18, of 24 Brook Street, Nashua, was arrested March 3, charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, class A Misdemeanor. Farnsworth also had an active warrant out of Nashua for Theft by Unauthorized Taking, a class A Felony.
Farnsworth is charged with allegedly stealing a GPS, a debit card and an iPOD on March 3, 2012 from a Denise Street and Edgewood Street address which resulted in his arrest.
Nashua detectives had recently completed a warrant for Farnsworth's arrest which stemmed from an investigation charging him with the theft of jewelry from a Russell Street address in November 2011. The jewelry was valued in excess of $1,500.

A class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. A class a Misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year (each count) in the Hillsborough County Correctional Facility, exclusive of fines. Farnsworth is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua District Court and is being held at Hillsborough County Correctional Facility on a $5,000 cash/surety bail.
