Wednesday is going to be epic, with food and drink samplings from Nashua's most talked about eateries, available in some of the city's most beloved downtown businesses.

But Taste of Downtown Nashua, set for June 6 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. goes beyond just  food and festivities.

There will also be live music and, if you are so moved, dancing in the streets.

Featured performers will be:

Wendee Glick: Jazz singer Wendee Glick has performed locally at Michael Timothy's, The Colonial Inn, The Sahara Club, Icarus Restaurant and The Acton Jazz Cafe. She has also performed at Sculler's Jazz Club with the Al Vega All-Stars. Wendee will be singing with Alan Rowe on keyboard during the Taste of Downtown.

Dave Shaheen: Classic rocker Dave Shaheen has been performing since high school – if you've been to Whippersnappers in Londonderry, you've likely heard him rocking the daylights out of your favorite cover tunes with his band, Hurricane Alley.

Jake Smith And Julia Nelson: Jazz rock guitarist Jake Nelson and vocalist Julia Nelson will be joining forces, bringing their own special brand of performance to the Taste of Downtown Nashua.

Kathy Nikitas: If you like folk rock funky jazz then you will want to come out to hear Somerworth's favorite hometown cover girl, Kathy Nikitas. perform.

Also: Come and meet a Budweiser Clydesdale (weather permitting)!

Ticket Information

Tickets to the Taste of Downtown Nashua cost $30 ($35 on the day of the event).
