Three-Car Crash Sends One to Hospital

All three vehicles were towed from the scene.

A three-car accident just after 4 p.m. on Wednesday sent one woman to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after her car was struck and pushed into the car in front of her.

Merrimack Police responded to the crash scene near Everett Turnpike Exit 10 off-ramp on Industrial Drive for a report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:08 p.m.

Upon arrival, they found three cars involved. The operators were David Beaulieu, 54, of Nashua, driving a 2011 Chevy Malibu; Carolyn Mail, 43, of Nashua, driving a 2006 Honda CRV; and Nicholas Shea, 29, of Merrimack, driving a 2004 Ford 150.

Police say Shea was traveling east on Industrial Drive and just before the traffic light at the Exit 10 off ramp, he switched lanes, allegedly striking Mail's CRV, which was stopped at the red light. The force of the accident pushed her car into Beaulieu's Malibu, also stopped at the light in front of her.

Mail was transported by Merrimack Ambulance to St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua with non-life threatening injuries, police say, and all three vehicles sustained heavy damage and had to be towed from the scene.
