
Ein Nickerson, 28, of Nashua, was arrested May 24 in connection with a January jewelry theft from a Temple Street residence.
On January 28 Nashua Police Department responded to 29 Temple Street for a report of a theft of jewelry from an apartment. Uniform officers conducted an investigation and learned the identity of two people that were with the victim during the theft.
A subsequent investigation by the Detective Bureau resulted in the jewelry being located at a local jewelry store/pawn shop. Transaction records indicated Ein Nickerson had pawned the jewelry. The charge of receiving stolen property is being upgraded to a class B, felony due to Nickerson having two prior theft related convictions on his record.

Bail on this charge was set at $1,000 cash/surety. Arraignment is scheduled for June 11, 2012 in the Nashua District Court. A class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment exclusive of fines.
