Tractor-Trailer Crash in Nashua Causes Power Outages
A bad crash in Nashua Thursday on Riverside Drive caused power outages and closures on the Everett Turnpike nearby.

NASHUA, NH — A tractor-trailer crashed into a pole on Riverside Drive in Nashua Thursday afternoon, knocking out power.
Part of the road was closed as crews responded to the scene. The crash happened at about 12:30 p.m. No one was hurt.

Power was temporarily cut to the police station and several public works facilities, city officials said.

Part of the Everett Turnpike was also closed, police said.
The Riverside Driver closure affected Nashua South High School; students were released from Stellos Stadium and after-school activities were canceled.

There will be lane closures F.E. Everett southbound after exit 6 due to the incident on Riverside Drive.
Any parents picking up students from Nashua High School South will be picking up students at Stello's Stadium they will walk to Stello's
