Two Arrested in Drive-By Shooting on Pratt Street
Two Manchester men held on felony charges after alleged incident in Nashua.

Two men were arrested earlier this week after allegedly shooting at four people in a car on Pratt Street.
Darrion Weekly (pictured, left), 19, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, were both arrested on Aug. 27, and charged with attempt first-degree assault and reckless conduct, both felonies. David Weekly (pictured, right), 18, of Orange Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 27, and charged with criminal liability to attempt first-degree assault and criminal liability to reckless conduct, both felonies.
According to a report, an officer patrolling Main Street at around 2:45 a.m. reportedly heard three gunshots while approaching Pratt Street. A few seconds after the shots, a white Dodge Avenger drove through a stop sign at Pratt and Main streets and headed north. The officer pulled the vehicle over while other officers came to assist with the traffic stop.

A round went through a window of a home on 12 Pratt St., according to police, but no one was injured. One person was taken to the hospital after sustaining a broken arm after he was run over by the vehicle he had left as the driver attempted to flee the area.
“At this time,” according to Lt. Denis Linehan, the criminal investigation division, “the relationship between the Weeklys and the intended victims is not know. The investigation is ongoing.”
After the arrest, police learned that David Weekly had allegedly given police the false name of Darrius Weekly and a false age of 20. He is actually 18. The charge of unsworn falsification was added to his charges.
More charges may be filed in the case, according to police.
Both were arraigned on Aug. 28.
