Juan Santos III, 20, is charged with two counts Class A felony armed robbery and one count Class B felony robbery. He was arrested Oct. 29; Rafael Rodriguez, 18, is charged with one count of Class A Felony Robbery. He was arrested Oct. 22. Police said the two men were arrested in connection with the Oct. 21 robbery, which happened outside a Main Street business following an argument with the alleged victims. Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Class B Felony is punishable up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Santos and Rodriguez were held $75,000 and $50,000 cash/surety bails respectively pending arraignments.
