Two Arrested for Alleged Armed Robbery

Juan Santos and Rafael Rodriguez allegedly held up three men at gunpoint following an argument.

Two Nashua men were arrested in connection with an Oct. 21 armed robbery on Main Street in Nashua during which they allegedly held-up three men at gunpoint, and got away with cash and personal items.

Juan Santos III, 20, is charged with two counts Class A felony armed robbery and one count Class B felony robbery. He was arrested Oct. 29; Rafael Rodriguez, 18, is charged with one count of Class A Felony Robbery. He was arrested Oct. 22.

Police said the two men were arrested in connection with the Oct. 21 robbery, which happened outside a Main Street business following an argument with the alleged victims.

Class A Felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Class B Felony is punishable up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Santos and Rodriguez were held $75,000 and $50,000 cash/surety bails respectively pending arraignments.
