Two Arrested for Selling Cocaine in Nashua

One of the two men, Wilfredo Cruz, was held on $100,000 cash bail.

Two men were arrested Jan. 10, charged with working together to sell narcotics illegally in Nashua.

On January 10, 2013 members of the Nashua Police Department’s Special Reaction Team arrested Wilfredo Cruz, 38, of 74 Ash Street, Apartment #B, for two counts of sale of a narcotic drug, cocaine, and one count of criminal liability to the sale of a narcotic drug, cocaine, all of which are felonies. They also arrested Leo Taylor, 31, who has no fixed address, for one count of sale of a narcotic drug, cocaine.

A several-month investigation by the Nashua Narcotic Intelligence Division determined that Cruz and Taylor were allegedlly working together to sell various amounts of narcotic drugs within the city limits of Nashua.

Cruz is being held on $100,000 cash bail and will be held until his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court scheduled for January 11, 2013. Taylor is being held on $15,000 cash bail and will also be held until his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Division Court scheduled for January 11, 2013.
