Two Arrested, One Still at Large, in Hudson Park Vandalism

Hudson Police say the three caused more than $1,000 in damage with spray paint.

Two Nashua men were arrested Thursday, charged in connection with the June 2012 graffiti vandalism inside the historic gorilla cage at Benson Park in Hudson.

Cameron Medbery, 19 years old of Wilmington, Mass., and Nashua; and Joshua Burnette, 21, of Nashua, were arrested Sept. 13, charged with felony criminal mischief (vandalm). A warrant has been issued for the third suspect, identified as Sean Dandley, 19, of Nashua, wanted for felony criminal mischief (vandalism).

According to police, the three allegedly spray-painted grafitti over much of the inside of the gorilla cage including the floor, walls, ceiling and posts. The graffiti caused more than $1,000 in damage.

Both Medbery and Burnette were released on personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to appear before in Nashua District Court on Thursday, September 20, 2012.
