Two Men Face Charges for 2012 Burglary
Joshua Higgins, Martin Sheehan were arrested last month by the Nashua Police.

Two men were arrested late last month on charges connected to a home burglary, according to Nashua Police.
Martin Sheehan, 22, of Lock Street in Nashua, was arrested around 7 p.m. on Aug. 17, and charged with felony burglary.
Joshua Higgins, 24, of Lake Street in Nashua, was arrested around 4 p.m. on Aug. 23, on a felony criminal liability to burglary.

According to police, on Sept. 18, 2012, officers were sent to a North End home for a report of a burglary. The victim reported that numerous items were stolen from his secured garage. After a lengthy investigation into the case, warrants were taken out on Higgins and Sheehan and they were arrested.
Sheehan was held on $2,000 cash bail; Higgins was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 24.

Nashua Police noted that the felonies were punishable by seven years in jail and fines.
