We are seeing the failure of government all around us and a new paradigm is emerging

Former presidential candidate Ron Paul believes we are seeing the failure of government all around us. We are witnessing the end of our government-centric system and a whole new freedom paradigm is emerging.

I wholeheartedly agree that the government system is failing but I would characterize the emerging system, not so much as a liberty paradigm, but a neighborhood-centric system.

In a recent Gallup poll 72% of respondents said they believe big government will be the biggest threat to the country in the future. That number has jumped by 20 points since 2009. Only 21% of people thought big business was the greatest threat, as was the mantra of the Occupy Wall Street Movement.

Paul believes people are rejecting Keynesianism, neoconservatism, the surveillance apparatus, and big government programs like Obamacare. As this system dies there is a need to create something to replace it. Young people and political Independents are leading the way in that regard.

I am happy to participate in the effort to facilitate the demise of the broken government system and work with others to build something new. These are exciting times. Join us in the common sense revolution.
