Winchester Man Charged in Hudson Armed Robbery
Christopher Boisvert was arrested Massachusetts Friday as a fugitive.
A Winchester man was arrested Jan. 25 in Groton, Mass., as a fugitive from justice out of Hudson, where he was wanted in connection with a Jan. 22 armed robery.
Christopher Boisvert, 25, of Winchester, was arrested on a warrant by Massachusetts Police for the Jan. 22 robbery at Rogers Convenience Store, 95 River Road, Hudson.
Boisvert was extradited Jan. 28 to New Hampshirew, where he refused bail and was later transported to Valley Street Jail in Manchester.

Arraigned is scheduled for Jan. 29 at the 9th Circuit Court in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Armed robbery, a class A felony, is punishable up to 15 years in prison, if convicted.
