Jennifer Ayotte, 33, of 501 Brook Village Road, #12, Nashua, was arrested today in Nashua District Court on fugitive from justice charges out of Lowell, Mass. A spokesman for Middlesex County Court said Ayotte had been charged on July 10 with assault and battery, and vandalism in an incident in Lowell involving a subject known to her. She was due in court on Aug. 3 but did not show up.
