
Jill Lapierre, 33, of 5 Oak St., Apartment A, Nashua, was arrested Jan. 24 Lapierre was arrested and charged with domestic violence: second degree assault, a class B felony.
According to police on Jan. 24 at 4:34 p.m., a male known to Lapierre reported to the Nashua Police Department that Lapierre had threatened him with a knife. The victim reported there was a brief physical altercation in which the victim sustained a minor laceration to his hand. Members of the domestic violence unit furthered the investigation. As a result of the investigation, Lapierre was charged with: domestic violence, second degree assault, a class B felony and domestic violence, a criminal threatening, class B felony.
Each class B felony is punishable by up to 7 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Lapierre had bail set at $10,000 cash or surety pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on January 25, 2013.
