Woman Charged with Forging Three Checks
Stacey Hayes will answer the charge of forgery in court.

Stacey Hayes, 37, of 22 Central Street, Nashua, was arrested April 13, charged with three counts of forgery, a class B felony.
The arrest stems from an incident first reported in May of 2011, when a resident reported a forgery to Nashua Police. Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division determined Hayes was involved and allegedly forged and cashed three checks at local banks in Nashua.
A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Hayes was released on $3,500 personal recognizance. A court date was set for May 10.
