Woman Struck by Delivery Truck, Seriously Hurt at Nashua CVS
The driver has not been charged.

The following is from Nashua police:
On February 11th, 2015 at approximately 8:52 AM members of the Nashua Police Department Uniform Field Operations Bureau responded to the area of CVS Pharmacy, located at 242 Main Street, for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a pedestrian. Initial reports indicated a delivery truck had struck the pedestrian as it was exiting the parking lot.
Upon arrival, Patrol Officers located an adult female lying on the ground at the entrance to the CVS parking lot. The female had sustained serious, non life threatening injuries and as a result was transported to a local hospital.

As the investigation progressed it was learned that a delivery truck was exiting the parking lot and as it was turning onto Main Street the truck struck the pedestrian who was standing next to a snow bank.
Patrol officers subsequently located the operator of the delivery truck a short distance from the scene of the accident. The Criminal Investigation Division made contact with the operator of the delivery truck who is fully cooperating with the investigation. At this time there are no pending criminal charges but the accident remains under investigation.
