Nashua Student Collecting Blankets For Shelter

YMCA IS COLLECTION SITE FOR KIERAN’S KOVERS BLANKET DRIVE

For the seventh year, the YMCA of Greater Nashua is helping 8th grade student Kieran Hummer collect new and gently used blankets. So far through his YMCA blanket drive, we have collected over 1000 blankets. Kieran donates all blankets collected to the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter. Additionally, his family takes some to New York City and distributes them at The Coalition for the homeless.
If you can help with the blanket drive, please bring a blanket (or a few!) to the large collection boxes located in the YMCA lobbies in Nashua (24 Stadium Drive) and Merrimack (6 Henry Clay Drive). This drive will run now through December 21.
